Bekker, Saartjie

Saartjie Bekker is a Namibian librarian who facilitates most of the BAB’s publication purchases and subscriptions in Namibia since 2010. Annual consignments arriving from Windhoek in Basel amount to some 300kg of publications of all sorts. She is also acquiring Namibian publications for the African branch of the Library of Congress.
