Three young film students from Namibia and South Africa introduce their work and visions.

Inner Betrayal – by Tangeni Amweelo (NAM) – is a film about a young man battling with his alter Ego. After years of suffering from a complex psychological condition that resulted from his childhood trauma, Adam developed an alter which exists outside his body but only he can see.

Thembisile – by Matome Senyolo (ZA) –  is a short film about a young woman struggling to manage her boyfrined’s band and finding her place in life. The film was shot in Durban South Africa in 2021 for the National Film and Video Foundation (NFVF). Thembisile Sembeko was responsable for costume design, makeup and styling.

7000 Heart Beats – by Maxine Louis (NAM) – is Louis’ 3rd year documentary on abortion where she is looking at pro life and pro choice.
