Jacobson, Naomi

The Namibian-South African artist Naomi Jacobson (1925-2016), whose family Carl Schlettwein met already in the 1950s, handed over various collections to the BAB Archives, notably copies of the papers of her father, the Windhoek-based Advocate Israel Goldblatt. She and her sister Karen Marshall co-authored the BAB publication ‘Israel Goldblatt: Building Bridges. Namibian Nationalists Clemens Kapuuo, Hosea Kutako, Brendan Simbwaye, Samuel Witbooi’ (2010), together with Dag Henrichsen.
