The Haenggi Foundation, founded by the Swiss art dealer Fernand Haenggi in Johannesburg, donated its vast Archives ‘Southern African Art and Art History’ to the BAB with the relocation of Haenggi to Basel in the 1990s. The collection is accessible through our online catalogues.
