"The websites of the National Library and National Archives of Namibia
are experiencing technical difficulties in reconnecting to the Worldwide
Web because of the firewall setup of the Namibian Government Intranet.
The previous web addresses will definitely not be used again. Once a
solution has been found, the new addresses will be announced through the
relevant email discussion lists (NAMINFO, H-AFRICA, H-AFRESEARCH,
AFLIB-L, IFLA). The email addresses have also been changed, and not all
